Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Stripe handles secure card payment, invoices and subscription billing. d.no_mad does not store card details on this website.
Account management
Billing changes, invoices, payment methods and subscription cancellation may be handled through Stripe Customer Portal once connected. Subscriber issue access and physical fulfilment may be managed by email or a future member area. Use the same email used at checkout.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected plan until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and future monthly fulfilment, but issues already unlocked or delivered remain yours.
Digital delivery
Digital magazine purchases and issue credits provide personal access to the selected issue. Digital files and links are for personal reading only and may not be redistributed, resold or uploaded elsewhere.
Shipping and ordinary post
Physical items are prepared in small batches and sent from Spain. Postcards included in correspondence tiers are ordinary stamped mail and are not tracked. Printed magazine issues add EUR 2 ordinary postage in Stripe Checkout. Shop prints may use the final shipping setup configured in Stripe Checkout.
Returns, refunds and replacements
Digital purchases cannot normally be refunded after access has been delivered. Damaged physical items can be reviewed if you email photos of the packaging and item within 14 days of delivery. Replacement depends on availability.
Addresses and failed delivery
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before checkout or before the monthly fulfilment deadline. Items sent to an incorrect or old address cannot always be replaced.
Copyright and image use
All photographs, magazine text and visual material remain protected by copyright. Buying a print, issue or subscription does not transfer image rights. Screenshots, scans and downloads may not be used commercially or republished without written permission.
